We are fully insured and licensed, certificates and details available on request.

All Dogs Must have been vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Bordetella. All dogs Must arrive on a lead and have a collar with identification.

All Cats Must be vaccinated against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia. All Cats Must arrive in well constructed travel cage or basket.

A current Vaccination Certificate Must be shown for all pets on admission. In order to be effective, the vaccinations Must have been administered no less than two weeks prior to boarding.

Goldbrook Boarding Kennels & Cattery with the exception of existing conditions insure all pets in our care.

Goldbrook Boarding Kennels & Cattery Reserves the right to consult with a qualified Vet should we deem it appropriate.

Any pre-existing health or temperament problems must be notified at the time of booking, subsequent problems at the time of boarding. All pets should be regularly wormed.

Only dogs from the same household may share a kennel, this is entirely at the owner’s risk. should we feel that for the animal’s safety separation is required we will act accordingly.

Fees will be charged in days inclusive of day of arrival & departure payable on collection. Should any animal be collected before booked date the reserved occupancy date will be charged. Animals collected after the pre-booked collection date will be charged accordingly. Full charge will be made for all dates booked unless 7day’s notice prior to booking commencement is received. Bookings are deemed cancelled if not taken up within 24 hrs.

If any owners require their pets to have foods outside our normal range including medically prescribed, we will accept these foodstuffs provided. However as this requires additional handling and control we regret no discount to our fees can be applied.

The owner accepts that no animal may be removed from the care of Goldbrook Boarding Kennels & Cattery until due payment is made in full. We regret that we do not accept Credit or Debit Cards and checques must be accompanied by guarantee card.

In this unlikely event Goldbrook Boarding Kennel & Cattery reserve the right to dispose of animals not collected within 14 days of the stated date of departure if no communication from the owner is received and every effort to contact the owner fails.
